New Jersey Broker Refresher - Keep Out of Trouble!

This course is iPad compatible. This course is designed to provide the real estate broker with a refresher on the laws and ordinances that govern the profession. Brokers can easily become absorbed in their jobs such that they may forget the basic rules and regulations or, may not be diligent about the updated and changing regulatory environment. The course will contrast the Law versus the ethical standards of the National Association of Realtors®. As well it will provide new legislation that has recently become effective. Brokers will be able to consider the various levels of laws, regulations and ordinances that impact their profession from the National, State, Municipal and their regulatory agencies.
