This course examines the different tools a supervising broker needs to know to be an effective supervising broker including trust accounting, agency disclosures and relationships, temporary supervising broker, how to become more paperless, conflict resolution, contract provisions and how to create an effective policy and procedures manual that both instructs salespeople of their obligations and teaches them how to effectively perform their job while ensuring the public is protected. This course is intended for brokers in Montana who hold the supervising broker endorsement. This will ensure you maintain the endorsement. Once obtained, the supervising broker endorsement will expire if you do not take four hours of an approved supervising broker course every year.
