Illinois Real Estate Broker Management

This course is intended to provide licensees with the knowledge and skills necessary to protect consumers and enhance the professionalism of the real estate industry. The course addresses changes to the Illinois Real Estate License Act and the Administrative Rules of the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, supervision and oversight of new broker licensees, and office policy and procedures. The topics presented satisfy the core curriculum requirements set forth by the state of Illinois.
