It also covers advertising and license laws, laws affecting marketing, issues affecting market value, CMA mechanics, selection and adjustment of comparable, the cost and income approach, real estate appraisal, company online resources and the MLS interface, personal database management, business development and networking, offers and contingencies, earnest money and escrow, and closing transactions.
