DE: New Salesperson - Module 2 - Agreement of Sale - Buyer Representation

New Delaware real estate licensed salespersons are required to complete four modules of continuing education (CE) within the first 90 days of licensure. This DE New Salesperson Module 2?Agreement of Sale-Buyer Representation course is approved for three hours of new salesperson continuing education.

Chapter 1 covers requirements for agency formation between a Delaware real estate licensee and a buyer client, including agency disclosure and contract requirements. Chapter 2 covers the requirements for a valid and enforceable buyer's agreement of sale. Chapter 3 covers the topic of common interest communities with a focus on buyer protection provisions set forth in the Delaware Uniform Common Interest Ownership Act and the Delaware Unit Property Act.
