This course is approved for 3 hours of continuing education. The purpose of this course is to ensure licensees gain an understanding of a property manager’s role in working for property owners and fulfilling their duties to tenants. Specific focus is given to key provisions of the Maryland Landlord Tenant Law specific to residential property management.
