This course is designed to provide continuing education under the Arizona core requirement. The objective of this course is to give students an overview of legal updates and standards of conduct affecting the practice of real estate in Arizona. Licensure and unlawful activities are addressed, as are guidelines for education, advertising, compensation, and documents. The course is rounded out with an examination of professional conduct and the various documents related to real estate transactions.
