As a real estate professional, you should know how to tailor your approaches and strategies to suit your client’s wishes. One of the best ways to do this is by being knowledgeable about agency law. Knowledge of agency law will not only allow you to build strong relationships with your clients, it will also allow you to categorize your clients based on their motivations for buying, which, in turn, will help you to narrow in on their dream home. The first section of this course will provide you with information on the history and current trends concerning agency law. The second section of this course will teach you applications for this knowledge by demonstrating how to recognize specific categories of home buyers, how to assess their priorities, and how to facilitate decisions in order to increase their satisfaction.
