The purpose of this course is to provide salespersons and brokers with the knowledge and skills to comply with Minnesota real estate contract requirements. To ensure compliance with legal standards related to contracts, the course covers requirements mandated by Minnesota Statutes specific to elements of a binding contract; agency relationship disclosures; seller and licensee property disclosures; representation, facilitator, showing, and compensation agreements; and the residential purchase agreement.
