This 32-hour supplemental course contains the 30 hours of new material required for a broker’s license as of December 21, 2022 plus a 2-hour exam. It is designed specifically for broker candidates who, prior to December 21, 2022, completed an approved 45-hour broker qualifying course to satisfy the remaining educational requirements for a New York State real estate broker or associate broker license.
