In this course, we will cover details about the latest legal changes provided by legislators here in Vermont as well as review some recent courtroom decisions that will set precedence for other licensees to follow.
You will learn about many different ways that your clients can make money with short-term and long-term rentals such as seen with the Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU). The topics associated with various ways to advertise to find new clients and what to avoid doing when prospecting for clients will be included. The importance of providing timely disclosures for toxins like lead, closing cost estimates, and avoiding perceived discriminatory actions will be shared later in the course.
