Redona is a Texas broker/REALTOR® and a Houston native. She’s a graduate of Capella University with a Ph.D. in post-secondary and adult education, and she hold’s a master’s degree in organization and management. Redona earned her license in 2009 through Allied School of Real Estate, one of Colibri Real Estate’s sister schools. Her specialties/passions include working with buyers and sellers, plus rehabbing foreclosed properties. For a time, Redona taught property management courses at Schoolcraft College. Today, she’s an instructor at Colibri Real Estate, teaching pre-licensing courses to aspiring agents. Redona is a HUD-approved broker with Century Texas REALTORS; she holds the following designations: Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Property Tax Consultant (PTC) and Property Management.
