  • Oregon Law and Rule Required Course: This course fulfills the LARRC 3-hour Law and Rule required course. The real estate industry is a fluid and ever-changing field. Licensees in Oregon must stay on top of the rules and laws made by the Oregon Real Estate Board, the Oregon Real Estate Agency, the Attorney General’s Office, the Governor’s Office, and by other Legislatures in the state and even across the nation with federal law requirements.
  • May the Code Be With You: This course covers the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics, ethical practices, and decision-making in real estate.
