You will enhance your understanding of how to comply with federal and Minnesota fair housing laws and the federal Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act. A chapter is also dedicated to common interest communities as a housing alternative for Minnesota residents.
  • Minnesota Agency Law and Fair Housing: This course explores the rules and laws regarding agency relationships. In it, you'll discuss how agency relationships can be created and terminated, review the types of agency relationships in Minnesota, discuss disclosure requirements, and examine federal and state-specific Fair Housing laws.
