- 7/1/23-6/30/24 Salesperson & Broker Required Module - Fair Housing, Agency Law, & Legal Update: This course reviews key information about agency relationships and duties that apply to Minnesota-licensed real estate professionals. You will enhance your understanding of how to comply with federal and Minnesota fair housing laws and the federal Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act. A chapter is also dedicated to common interest communities as a housing alternative for Minnesota residents.
- Implicit Bias Awareness and Cultural Competency: This course explores implicit, unconscious biases and how, by understanding them, we can interact and communicate effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures.
