This course is approved for one hour of CE for Michigan real estate licensees. Fair and equitable treatment in housing and real estate transactions is a right by law. The purpose of the course is to ensure licensees know and can comply with the federal Fair Housing Act and Michigan’s Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act.
