2022-2024 South Carolina Core: Disclose, Disclose, Disclose!: In this course, we will cover a variety of disclosure types – including agency relationships, material facts, environmental hazards, health risks, and personal interest in a property you are buying, selling, or renting.
BIC Duties and Responsibilities: This course meets the four-hour mandatory South Carolina broker-in-charge BIC requirement for 2023 and 2024 renewals. This course focuses on the duties and responsibilities of a broker-in-charge. In addition to the general responsibilities, a broker-in-charge is accountable for the appropriate trust fund handling and creating office policy manual. This course will also discuss the key legal issues that can be present for a broker-in-charge in South Carolina.
May the Code Be With You: This course covers the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics, ethical practices, and decision-making in real estate. This course may be approvable for REALTORS® interested in fulfilling NAR's Code of Ethics requirement. To find out, check with your local REALTORS® association.
