How to renew a Real Estate License in Georgia

Real estate agents need to renew their licenses at regular intervals as a requirement by the Georgia Real Estate Commission. The process of renewing your real estate license in Georgia is fairly simple and includes the following steps:

Step 1: Complete your Georgia Real Estate CE Course

The first step towards your Georgia real estate license renewal is completing the required state-approved Georgia Continuing Education course.

Step 2: Complete your Georgia real estate license renewal application

Once you have completed your continuing education course and course exam, you need to go to the Georgia Real Estate Commission website and update your course completion numbers.

Step 3: Pay the Georgia real estate license renewal fees

Lastly, you need to pay the renewal fees to complete the renewal process.
