Who do I contact if I have a problem?

There are five ways to reach us:

  • If you are looking to get licensed or enrolled, call our Enrollment Support between 8 a.m and 8 p.m. Monday-Friday and between 9:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. CST Saturday at 844-701-2946. If you are currently a student, call us between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday-Friday and between 9:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. CST Saturday at 866-739-7277.
  • Email Student Support via the Contact Us page. Please include your name, email address, state, and issue you are having in your email.
  • Click on “Report an Error” from within your course.
  • Text messaging is available at 314-396-5034
  • Chat is also available Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. CST
