All of our courses are approved by your state, meaning the state has read the course material and deems it appropriate for passing the state final exam.
Your course at Colibri Real Estate will include written content and quizzes after each chapter to help determine whether you comprehend the material you just read. The course is also broken down into units. At the end of each unit you will take a 1- 20-question unit quiz and need to score 80% or better before you can move on to the next unit. (Note that some states require a slightly different percentage grade, which will be outlined in your course.)
