Virginia real estate pre-licensing courses

Virginia real estate licensing exam

Virginia real estate post-licensing education
All new Virginia real estate licensees must complete a board-approved 30-hour post-license education course within one year of obtaining a real estate license. The 30-hour post-license Virginia education program can be taken online at Colibri Real Estate and consists of eight courses, including Fair Housing, real estate law and regulations, ethics, industry issues and trends, agency law, contract writing, risk management and escrow requirements.
