- Idaho Real Estate Commission Core 2024: This Idaho Real Estate Commission Core 2024 course is required by the Idaho Real Estate Commission (IREC) to update licensees on recent legislation and relevant topics from the year. Chapter 1 reviews Idaho and national case law updates pertaining to real estate. Chapter 2 covers Guideline 17, which addresses licensed and unlicensed real estate assistants, transaction coordinators, and office staff. Chapter 3 discusses several real estate-related legislative updates. Chapter 4 delves into common risks in real estate transactions, risk assessments, and risk reduction techniques. Finally, Chapter 5 walks you through the DOPL's Online Services system, and shows you how to navigate through your account. The course contains an array of components to help you learn, including case studies, interactive knowledge checks, videos, and handouts.
- Idaho Real Estate Commission Core 2025: The 3.5-hour Idaho Commission Core 2025 CE core course is required by the Idaho Real Estate Commission (IREC) to update licensees on recent legislation and relevant topics from the year. Chapters 1 and 2 provide the licensee with updates to Idaho and national case law decisions, along with legislative updates relevant to the practice of real estate. Chapters 3 and 4 focus on the updated Agency Disclosure Brochure, including its recordkeeping requirements. Chapter 5 reviews Idaho E&O claim handling and risk reduction, while Chapter 6 gives licensees a look at the key real estate organizations to contact with questions. This course contains an array of components to help licensees learn, including case studies, interactive knowledge checks, student polls, and handouts.
- Ethics in the Age of Disruption: This course trains and instructs REALTORS® on the practical application of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and fulfills the REALTOR® Triennial Ethics Requirement. Every three years, the National Association of REALTORS® requires members to complete a REALTOR® Code of Ethics course to stay in good standing with their local, state, and national associations.
- Educating Sellers: In this course, we will provide you with tools and information to help you educate sellers so that you can secure listings and smoothly guide your sellers to successful closings.
