This 2025 AREC Required Course on Broker Supervision/Agency is approved for 3 hours of continuing education. The purpose of this course is to ensure brokers have a clear understanding of their practical and legal supervisory role and responsibilities to affiliated licensees and their firm. Specific focus is given to Commission Regulations setting forth supervisor requirements, how to creating a continuous learning environment through training, and key takeaways from recent real estate-related court decisions and from formal hearings conducted by the AREC.
